My first Ring I bought about 1970 and still the best IMO it was € 400

@TheTristan1954 Likewise I first heard this around the same time and have always considered that on balance it has to be the best ever recorded = although some weakness in the singing there is no way a cast as fine as this could be assembled today and the VPO are at their finest with Solti.
