@Matroos0611 Ik reageer in het NL aangezien je dat bent, maar je kunt MMA vechters niet met K-1 vechters vergelijken, ze beschikken beide over specifieke kwaliteiten, zo zijn K-1 vechters vaak slecht in clinchen, maar sterk in het stoten en trappen, waar MMA vechters juist veel winnen vanuit de clinch, of op de grond door de verwurgingen of elleboogtechnieken, maar denk dat je wel 'n punt heb dat K-1 vechters sterker zijn als MMA vechters.

Wat jij hier nu precies zegt heb ik die domme amerikanen al 100x gezegd op taloze andere video's. MMA en K1 zijn totaal verschillend, en dan hoor je die domme gasten roepen dat K1 vechters ondergeschikt zijn aan MMA vechters. Natuurlijk zal een K1 vechter verliezen in UFC/MMA regels. Maar ze vergeten allemaal dat een K1 vechter gehakt van ze zal maken in K1 regels. Ik ben niet echt fan van MMA. Zoals ik al zei, het gaat erom wie er de beste worstelaar is bij MMA.

@Matroos0611 Thats not true, there are so many good fighters who win staying upstairs (Crocop, Shogun, Wanderlei, Fedor.... etc etc). The fact is that Ray Sefo should have stayed in K1 where he was #1 but If u put a K1 fighter on MMA he will lose for sure and viceversa. Its like Myke Tyson fighting here..... no chance.

@longebor85 Sefo #1 in K1? He never was that. Didn't come even close, eventhough he was a great fighter. And that a K1 fighter will lose for sure isn't true either. Normally, yes. But not necessarly. And about the boxer: Boxers won in K1. Not even very good boxers. Mighty Mo, and Francois Botha are boxers. And f.e. Ray Mercer did ok in MMA too.

I thought you meant the fact that he's a boxer and thus etc. etc. And I gave the examples because you stated that a K1 (Sefo) should've stayed in K1 because in MMA he has no chance. Boxers have won in K1 and MMA, and a K1 fighter despite the lack of groundgame, can win in MMA. In some MMA matches you don't even see ground game. Also, one can learn. Overeem, Rutten, Schilt, all stand up fighters by origin, great in MMA.

@TheDjoetma Yes, can be done but i think Sefo is too old to start learning another fighting style. Maybe 10 years before but now he is 40. Anytime somene will take him down he will lose. The best takedown defense i've ever seen is Crocop and look what happened to him vs Minotauro. The whole fight raping Minotauro 1 distraction and ... he's fucked. thats what i mean, ofc you can be a great fighter but if you are not skilled in ground or takedown defense too... u are seriously fucked.

@longebor85 I dont think Sefo was #1 in K-1. Mark Hunt was, Sefo lost to a decision to Hunt in K-1. Hunt undefeated in K-1 and is still ranked #1 in K-1. Learn some history before u comment.
