Amazing, That was one of the reason's I didn't like Dino Thunder too much, they didn't use much of Tommy's past. They didn't learn from it, and that would have made the show even greater.
I'm not a Tommy fan, but that's just because he's everyones go to without any explaination... but I have to tell you that this video moved me... maybe I've been a little hard on the character. You did an amazing job with this video and you REALLY tell a convincing story. I wish DT could have shown a side of the character that you nailed so effortlessly. Congrats on the awesome vid.

The story line really works, and I love that you go deeper into Tommy's past, showing what he did as good, and as evil, as a ranger in the first place. And Trent! That was truly something that could've been taken further, and you did, and it was awesome :)

One of my favourite parts of this video is the insertion split screens of MMPR, and Zeo parts with Tommy watching clips of himself and thinking, I must've watched those parts a dozen times.
Is it weird that I know where every single voiceover quote came from and I can tell the difference between Tommy's voice in Dino Thunder and Tommy's voice in the Saban Era?
Also did anyone else scream at the screen "IT'S MORPHIN TIME!" in that last episode after Tommy said "Alright guys, You know what time it is"???
I SOOO badly just wanted him to say "It's Morphin Time!" then say the Dino Thunder Morph. You know just ONCE for old time sake! That line was thrown in there just ASKING for it, like some kind of strange humoured tease from the writers or throwing a bone to the older crowd who remember.
OMG! I absolutely loved how you gave Dino Thunder a makeover! I loved that season to death, it's the reason I came back to PR after being away since Turbo's "Passing Of The Torch Part 2" but they could have done SOOO much more with Tommy's character.
The part that irked about DT was that Tommy's past experience was hardly referenced at all even after all the huge links like storylines and even episodes they tried to incoporate between the two seasons.
That's exactly what irked me too. I hadn't even watched all of PR when I came into DT and I was in confusion to why he wasn't *teaching* them. We were so lucky for the handful of references we got (*hearts* Disappearing Act when he rescued Ethan from his horrific date) But come on...he needed to teach outside the classroom!

Wow! First let me say that it didn't look like your first time with the color corrector. It looked so natural!
Now, with the plot; it was friggin awesome! It's so much deeper and intelligent than the original. I especially love that Trent's entrance seemed to be later in the series, AND that you avoided the fossilization thingy. Plus, Tommy and Trent bonded!
My only problem was that some of the voiceovers were a little rushed, though that could've been intentional. Either way, I loved it!
