Just to clear EVERYTHING up! This was a preliminary design for the Big Sister concept (this trailer is all about the symbolism of Little Sisters growing up and shouldn't be taken literally), and they simply ended up using it as a basis for Eleanor (hence the dress). So basically, Eleanor's older design was based on this concept model of the Big Sister.

The graphics of Bioshock on the 360 ARE CRUDE, because the 360 actually can't handle 1080p, just an upscaled version of it, but play it on PC and you'll like it loads more.

actually, its not. According to recent trailers done by deveopers, a new Big Sister is the only one who can take you on and win. Obviously, because this girl is holding a crude, but genuine Big Daddy doll, she is the Big Sister.

In the lore, its says the Big Sister was either born in Rapture or went there. Then she was one of the few to leave when she got older. Now, she comes back after kidnapping little girls from the mainland for Little Sisters.

Obviously, she is longing for Rapture, adding in the "bioshock 2 teaser trailer", the Big Sister developers mention, the fact that the figure is a girl, and the doll most of all, points to her being the Big Sister.
