I love MGS4's MGO because it's so unique compared to BattleField and Modern Warfare type of online gameplay. I love those games, but occasionally I get online and hide in a box. =D

This game is beginning to suck, especially it's "lag problems(AKA lag cheatings). It really gets aggravating ang after being aggravated for some time, you get bored. Very bored. It has too many problems which is solved in a VERY WRONG WAY. Freaking Konami doesn't even listen to my solutions which are better than theirs.

what they should do instead of making it into a PVP shooting match. they should have made it into a team stealth mission where a group of people sneak into a build to disarm bombs, take out terriorsts, save hostages, set explosives and get the hell out of the building before it explodes, and doing all this as a team. useing the same stealth technics both Snake and Raiden uses. that would have been better then just running around shooting other players in a death match.

yea but it all revolves around pvp, which gets really old for online games at times. if i wanna play a shooter game online then i would play COD4. don't know about you but, all pvp shooters are almost the same and gets boring after a long while.

Instead of bringing back the first MGO, what they could do is to create a "Retro Expansion Pack" for the actual MGO, which would bring back all the stages, characters, costumes, weapons and MAYBE modes of the first MGO, but all with PS3 graphics...... Now that would be a million sale idea... But it is, as well, hard to implement...... Oh, and also the same gameplay of Metal Gear Solid 3, to conserve the nostalgic touch......

nah we had plaenty of time to get used to controls but huge part of it is community on EU and NA servers simply full of idiots and there are many animation flaws. on NA and EU servers theres also a big lag issue if u compare it to the video from japanese server it looks lag free but look at ours and guy dies at least half a sec after he has been shot to death

This was Metal Gear Solid 3:Online (PS2) which got cancelled all over the world atm. Now there is MGO2 beta testing on PS3 (just turned it off few minutes ago) and it still will be open for another week or so. SO yes MGS4 will be playable online as MGO.

you can't. it comes with the metal gear solid 3: subsistence version of the game. the servers in the usa and in japan are closed, i believe the european servers are still up, but you can't play on them unless you live in europe.

you can however get a ps3 with metal gear solid 4 to play MGO2 when it comes out, sorry man.
