I don't film them with a camera, I use a program to Camtasia to record what's on the screen at the time. And to answer your first question, I've played Pajama Sam 1 (check my channel for those videos) and I don't have any other games in the series, although some other commenters have said that they may be able to upload an ISO of one of them or something, which would be great.
