You can get a decent mortar&pestle from Caldera Mages Guild tower. Just search and you will find it eventually, on a table, waiting to be picked up(plus some bonus stuff) and seen by nobody. Using guild guide teleport is fastest.
Then do the following trick described in video. Then you can do that with multiple stuff(you have to experiment yourself, what ingredients reappear). My favourite is making levitation potions from same shop and res health+res fatigue from Sadrith Mora Wolverine Hall.

Stand on the table in the mage guild and steal all the gems sell them and you will get ALOT of money. Its a weird glitch no one every notices!

takes forever but it works on any gamme x box or computer) then flose the door and steel the key then go to the tresury neer the jail cels open the gate lock lvl 90 or around there then close it save and steal u get full evpny (90 def) worth like loads and full glass armor (18 light) and like 4k armor worth like 100k
