I am not a Mormon but have grown to deeply respect those that are. Mormons serve in the nation's military services far out of porportion to their population. Mormons are almost always seen first helping those that have experienced natural disasters and go on extended missions to some very rough countries. I have also observed the LDS extending an extended hand to anyone who wants to be self-sufficient. Actually, Mormons remind me very much of how people used to be in this country.

It's always milk before meat when teaching the younger members. Thanks for sharing your experience. It does seem to me that most religions hold women in limited roles and some, Islam, threaten their very existence. Most mainstream Christians have evolved to include women in the more arcane aspects of rituals but have stopped at a point where they believe divine direction through the bible presents men only as "priests".
