Charlotte sounds a LOT like Trish Keenan (Broadcast's vocalist) in this track.

When I first listened to this, there was an otherly (unGainsbourgian) element in it, bringing something else to the picture, something that I couldn't identify, not until I remembered of Broadcast; that's when everything fell into place.

People who don't know the band Broadcast should try listening to it and you'll understand what I'm talking about.

Pour les bobos qui voudront entendre ca durant leur IRM, il s'agit d'une séquence FLAIR, réalisée sur le crane, je l'entend 7h par jour au boulot...

Je trouve ca vraiment pitoyable...

actually, i love 5.55. though beck is talented, his songs don't suit charlotte. it's too american.

Beck is a genius and 10 thousand more creative than Air. So for me it's a brilliant choice... ^^

Don't underestimate nor underappreciate Air. They are a pretty damn creative band (just as creative as Beck) even though they've had a few downsides accross their career like most any other artists.

Beck is just amazing! A brilliant and greatly talented artist, but on the other hand so are Nicolas and Jean-Benoit (AIR) That is something you've got to admit, regardless of your personal musical taste.

The voice sounds a bit weird, but good weird. I really dig her new "direction" and you can certainly tell Beck was involved. Can't wait for the album - it drops in late November.
