@TheChancellor93, i spent about ten minutes on the web and found it, you just have to know what the title and artist is, its true that this tune is from shimokawa but actually its from "Saiyuki", not sure if thats a person or not.(most likely it is)

Saiyuka is short for Gensomaden Saiyuki, an anime for which Alone is one of the endings
