If you are going to spend the money on supps then do your research, Beverly International has the best quality, best tasting and most no BS supps on the market IMO. Grassroots companies are ALWAYS where the quality is at in any market, not huge marketing giants like Muscletech who ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!

Show me one reliable study that has confirmed glutamin increases muscle mass and recovery, against this numerous of studies how concluded it being a waste of money. glutamine is metabolised in the large intestine therefor 90% of it taken orally doesn't get absorbed. The only positive resultsfrom taken l-glutamine has been ffrom IV injection

  • glutamine is very important for muscle recovery and there is no need for studies . try working out your legs for 2 weeks on glutamine , rest for 2 weeks and workout again your legs off glutamine. the recovery on glutamine takes about 24 hours. the recovery off glutamine can go for 4 days. also glutamine and arginine contribute for fat loss.

  • yes glutamine does help recover from soreness, but so does all other aminos. the only way i have read glutamine contributes to fat loss is from appitite suppression. glutamine is the most abundant amino found in food and if you eat i high protein diet their is no need to supplement with it. your body produces 70g a day on its own not counting the amount digest from protein sources. im not saying amino supps are useless im saying if your paying for aminos you might as well get the whole package

I started taking supplements in may, I am on MuscleRX, Creakic, Gakic, L-Carnetine, X Factor, Beta-Alanine, Betasine, Ammino Acids, Nitrix, N.O Xplode, Nano Vapor, Anabolic Halo, Cell Mass, Egg white protien, Pro NOS, and Cassine. With in 4 months my bench went from 310 to 470, squat 530-660, and deadlift 400 to 501. Not on steriods AAPF is tested all it takes is hard work and i quess supplements

  • i made the comment about creatine and glutamine because you said they are total garbage. when i suppliment them with zinc i heal faster, my muscle memory comes back quicker, and because i am retaining more muscle i am burning more calories hence getting leaner. glutamine is generally inexpensive. if you only took a multi and added a mixed protein with whey, casien, and egg protien, add glutamine, creatine, and zinc you would see better results than most. you would not mimic roids though.

  • I find that for me the walmart creatine and NOS works just as good as the top name brands and is a lot cheaper.I get the same pump and increased reps on bench and squats with either brand.

Hes trying to share his opinion and knowledge towards other people if you dont need to know anything about supplements then dont watch the video and some people like eating everything they need to have in their diet but a lot of times people dont have the time and supplementing for things is just easierand all u people that are hating dont be because u prob dont know anything about supplements anyway

  • To be honest hes right, My Uncle is a bodybuilder and the only way you get to that status is by taking certain supplements..Whey protein essential, creatine for sure, If you try to get to that level fitness its Nearly impossible to do it So called Naturally.. If you dont know, Then dont hate.. hes jus trying To Share His Opinion, Obviously you guys arent experts either, so what makes you think you know any better...

  • im a competitive bodybuilder who doesent use any of this crap and ive done quite well in shows..have used supplements competing and not used supplements competing and I noticed no difference what so ever in my build...most of this stuff does not even contain whats on there label..you want protein.. drink a glass of skim milk...your better off than buying this garbage...

  • to maximize results you should take at LEAST a multi and whey. creatine should be only used for football players or people trying to add weigh bc of a physical activity. all it is is water weight to your muscles and its temporary.
