Tom Bosley was pretty much everywhere from his Happy Days years as well as his post Happy Days years with his Gladd Bag commercials. He also did beer commercials in the 70s, mostly as a voice-over. His voice was so recognizable, you could have noticed that it was him.

Generic trash bags are just as good as those fancy kinds. I have never had one break open on me. That's an urban legend and they are preying on you by bringing it up.
