I always thought her pitch was kind of all over the place in other performances.. The feeling was always definitely there--you know she was singing from deep down--but the pitch thing always threw me off a bit. This song, however, is PERFECT for her. It's less about technique and more about emotion. That said, she blew me away with this one, and honestly if this was the only thing I ever heard her sing, I would have penned her as the destined winner, no question.
