  • in this song it was good exercise and you can get over the keyboard.JCR.

  • Great song! And great playing, you're doing fantastic, keep it up!

  • From Belgium, I keep watching you ;-)) Good job, you're my inspiration!

  • ;) you're welcome~

  • i love this song! my dad played this song when i was younger... its a beautiful song and you played it really good.

  • :) Thanks, I am happy you like it

  • It is nice and motivating to see you working through the books. I'm at Raisins and Almonds now. By the way, I think that Alfred et al. should pay you for you work, it supports people when working through their books; it increases the probability that people will reach (and buy) book 2, and people might learn about the Alfred books because of your videos.

  • ;) hahhaha, I hope they will! Raisins and Almonds is one of the song in book 1 that I like very much. Keep working hard and you'll be in Book 2 soon.

  • Thank you very much for the follow-up information. I will take my time in book 1 based on your advice!! Keep up the great work!!

  • bravo!

  • :) thanks~

  • wow you played that really nice.... my husband loves that song and Im sure he will be really happy when I learn to play it...

  • :) learn it and give him a surprise !

  • Hi again, I am steadily moving through book one of Alfred's and see that you finished book one in about three months but that you have been on book 2 for about a year now. Is book 2 a lot more difficult than book 1 or are you not practicing as much now as you did in book 1? Pease keep up the good work and keep posting your videos; they help me out tremendously as I am learning on my own. Happy New Year!!!

  • A bit of both, pieces in book 2 are longer and have more notes, but it also means it's fun to play. My practice time for pieces in book 2 was only a little bit less than book 1 actually. But to actually play pieces in book 2 up to a level which I think is ok to taped takes a lot more time ( maybe it's only my requirement get higher :p ) And for Book 3 I am learning other material at the same time so it probably take another year to finish it as well.

  • Take your time in book 1 I would suggest, because I think book 2 is a jump in skill level and it would be good if you pay good time practicing before going to book 2. I had that problem before, practice the last few pieces in book 1 well ( I didn't, so I had a little of trouble when starting book 2 ) will be good for you I believe.

  • HAPPY NEW YEAR d^^b
