Lol-ing at the fact there's idiots who think just because a Shinigami has a Zanpakuto; they can achieve shikai and Bankai. Kenpachi does not know his zanpakutos name therefore he cannot enter shikai and Bankai state.

Obviously, he couldn't post Soi Fon's Bankai because it was only recently revealed in Japan during season 12 or 13. Episode 276 or something. I lol at the fact people only care on how this guys missing Hitsugaya's and Soi Fon's bankai's yet nobody mentioned Ukitake's or Shunsui's

Its in shikai mode, but b/c Zaraki doesn't know the name of his zanpakuto, he can't use the full power of his zanpakuto. ichigo zanpakuto is also in release form meaning shikai form (so its never in a sealed form), but b/c he knows the name of his zanpakuto, he is able to use the full power of his shikai form, and be able to learn bankai.
