I think that when the Raider scanned Anders it became self aware somehow. In the preview, Natalie said that she wanted Cavil to stop lobotomizing the raiders, this could be the explanation for that. Cavil seems intent on suppressing the knowledge of the final five and it would seem that it might lead to a civil war. So in answer of the question in the video, I definitely think that the raider became aware of anders. He read his eye like a barcode of sorts :)

I loved Kat! The episode where she died, I cried so much. It was as though she was dying for the sins she had committed; or perhaps, more importantly, it was as though she was trying to redeem herself and make up for the past. In either case when Adama said she was like a daughter and made her the CAG at the end-I was in the waterworks. It is so cool that you guys got her out for this event. It would be cool if she were a Cylon so she could come back LOL.

Aw, I LOVE Luciana Carro. And I miss Kat...She was such a great rival for Kara. Maybe she could be the 5th and final cylon???!!! Great premiere, great 'cast.
