  • all this 2:54 minutes are beautiful

  • all this 2:54 minutes are beautiful

  • Beautiful music, beautiful level.

  • I like the music in this level, though it's VERY religious! Infact, I think it's the most religious video game music I've ever heard

  • religious? how?

  • This boss is the easiest in this game. :)

  • the gargoyle statues use a different graphic in the snes version....weird i wonder why they changed that

  • thee are some culture things that producers change when bringing import games to other places

  • Northwall and Aitos were my favorite action stages in the game. I'm gonna have to go play it again and try to finish the game completely. My population isn't completely maxed out yet.

  • Ah yes, good ole' ActRaiser, what a fantastic game that was, and the music was really something else, Northwall Act 1 actually sounded more soothing than anything, and it somehow eerily fit the mood of the level itself. Great gameplay vid!

  • nice video, I love real runs as opposed to tool-assisted shit.

  • i love this level

    , the music and everything.

i will always remember this game as one of the best

  • Gosh, you own. xD *hero-worships*

The gargoyles that shoot fire also have wings; that's new...

  • Thanks for the upload, my favorite game of all time by far.

  • I love the music on this level

  • it's music like this that sounds like it was inspired by nobuo uematsu. it's truly made for an RPG.

  • Indeed, Yuzo Koshiro is a very talented composer who really pushed the SNES sound hardware's limits with this title; the Act Raiser score is just epic. If you enjoy the music in this game, I would recommend checking out an album called "Act Raiser Symphonic Suite". It's all of the songs in the game rearranged and played by a live orchestra under Yuzo's direction. It sounds phoenomenal, and pretty much defines epic.

  • I agree. The ironic thing is, unlike many symphonic arrangements of video game tracks, the ones from the CD sound strikingly similar to those in the actual game. He did an outstanding job mimicking real instrumentation.

  • @Medelus thank you! i'll hear that "Act Raiser Symphonic Suite"

  • I also like this place a lot.
