Why is it so difficult for CPS to weed out FACT from fiction? There is another video here which states that any 9th grader could pass the classes needed to get a degree in social work.
Good Case Managers deserve recognition to set the bar for all others.
Why can't professional investigators/detectives do this job instead? They should bring in at least one good professional per office and send all the other "social workers" to paid training so they can learn to do their jobs.

That would be a good idea! I wasn't the organizer of this protest, but you might make that suggesting to Gail Head, who was. I'll bet there would be people in every state willing to organize a protest in their state.

Even though my friend was the one that reported it and so did her son, her daughter was ripped from her home and so was her youngest son, on these very allegations. it seems that they can't complete those allegations because the state would be sued otherwise if their allegations turned out to be false.
It is wrong for any worker to make such a life-changing decision as to take a child out of a home based on just their suspicion that the child is "at risk". There should have to be more clear and convincing evidence of danger to a child than just a mere suspicion.
There isn't NancyHey, my friend told me this just this last week, which this incident happened a year ago. The very reasoning for them to take the two youngest children out of thier mother's home was "reason to believe" I asked her reason to believe what, she said they said nothing further. They were able to take those children on those very words.
I have a friend in the state of Texas, her daughter was sexually molested by her own uncle, my friends daughter was taken from her on allegations of "at risk" and "reason to believe" however "at risk" and "reason to believe" aren't exactly complete allegations are they?
In that case, logic should tell them that if the mother reported the sexual abuse in the first place, that she is therefore a responsible mother, who has the ability to protect her child from danger.
Nancyhey...in texas it doesn't matter who called CPS, because she was sending the children over to their aunt and uncles home having no knowledge of it until the boys, the older brothers said something to the mother and from there she called the Police.
I believe that the reason for them taking those children and saying what they said was because they weren't sure if the mother was involved but had suspected that she did have knowledge and was allowing this uncle to medicate her daughter with cough syrup and molest her. CPS have dirty nasty minds to begin with, so its no wonder that they thought the mother had something to do with it too. When she wasn't. She was guilty until proven innocent.
She did get her children back though. The mother went and made her own scheduled appointments, another words she beat CPS to the punchline when it came to all the requirements to get her kids back.
I can say this though, the creme de la creme of the whole thing was they returned the young boy back after only a week. i know its not the best behaviour this young boy exhibited, but he had CPS workers scared of him so much they called the mother to go pick him up. LOL.
I don't have anything against Good loving Fathers, just becuase I say this, but the courts gave my youngest daughter to a single man to be adopted out by him, when she has a loving Mother who was caring for her other two siblings. This is legalized kidnapping for bonuses and rewards. It is going on all over America while our leaders are mysteriously very quite about it.
