  • @mzahra1 youre full of nonsense, thats how to better expose them but they need to be worked on as well my friend is a professional female weight lifter and personal trainer and though she swears by cardio she exercises her abs all the time, the best bet though is that weighted ab machine it helps you burn in several regions at once

  • Honestly? That move wont do anything, you wont even feel a burn...ever. Your just moving your legs back in forth you have to use your abs to make them stronger not just smack them with your thighs.

  • any time you train a muscle, no mater what muscle group, you should not have pain past 3 days, what causes the strain is one of 2 things, you not getting enough sleep to recover or your diet is garbage or you trained a muscle that hasnt recovered from the prior training of it. Abs are tough to train because they what i call technique trained muscles, you can do a billion crunchs bit if you dont do them right you will gain nothing

  • He got that wrong there, even with ur legs strait , touching ur heel to the floor (i.e. much longer extensions) u would still be working ur abs, infact it would work them thru a greater range, and therefore be better.   • well depends on your BMI and body fat percentage... but id say about 2 weeks to a month

  • well if you do a proper workout which really makes ur abs burn it should take at least a month so you should try to workout every other day and then rest between the days . this is because when u feel those burning ur breaking down ur muscles (which is a good thing) then on the next day when u rest the muscle cells build up again but their a little bit bigger as u continue it will grow bigger and bigger the viola! a 6pack hope tht helps
