any time you train a muscle, no mater what muscle group, you should not have pain past 3 days, what causes the strain is one of 2 things, you not getting enough sleep to recover or your diet is garbage or you trained a muscle that hasnt recovered from the prior training of it. well if you do a proper workout which really makes ur abs burn it should take at least a month so you should try to workout every other day and then rest between the days . this is because when u feel those burning ur breaking down ur muscles (which is a good thing) then on the next day when u rest the muscle cells build up again but their a little bit bigger as u continue it will grow bigger and bigger the viola! a 6pack hope tht helps
yea running is the best thing to do. but be sure to keep the intensity lk running 80-90% for 10 sec at a time with 50 sec intervals slow jogging or fast walking inbetween, it kicks ass!
all this is bull shit! you stomache is where you store excess fat...you have to lose all your fat on your whole body before you start to lose your stomache and no matter how many situps you do that wont change... situps exercise muscle.. to lose fat run run run run run....then once you have lost the fat tone your abs otherwise you will just get pissed off off that you never get there!

abs are an endurance muscle, this will do nothing. stress them with weight and low reps, go to burn.

well if you do a proper workout which really makes ur abs burn it should take at least a month so you should try to workout every other day and then rest between the days . this is because when u feel those burning ur breaking down ur muscles (which is a good thing) then on the next day when u rest the muscle cells build up again but their a little bit bigger as u continue it will grow bigger and bigger the viola! a 6pack hope tht helps

yea running is the best thing to do. but be sure to keep the intensity lk running 80-90% for 10 sec at a time with 50 sec intervals slow jogging or fast walking inbetween, it kicks ass!

all this is bull shit! you stomache is where you store excess fat...you have to lose all your fat on your whole body before you start to lose your stomache and no matter how many situps you do that wont change... situps exercise muscle.. to lose fat run run run run run....then once you have lost the fat tone your abs otherwise you will just get pissed off off that you never get there!
