@HazelLuckman I would assume it's other clients. If you have ever had a really good massage, the kind that almost gives you a high, you don't really feel like moving around too much after the massage, you'd rather lay down or even take a nap.

You can't really have your client laying in the chair while someone else is waiting, so why not offer a bed for them to relax in?
