  • I'm sure christopher0223 feels very smart repeating that tidbit of info that he overheard. But in reality few people can do any sort of squatting movement without the knees going past the toes. It's physically imossible for most.

  • try not to let your knees come in front of your toes, this will prevent you from injury.
