  • i find this so wrong coz ppl r dying coz of this.and all some of u can think of is how slow someone is blasting.some of u have no common sense at all.SICK TO THE STOMACHE.

  • Why do all these sandblasting vids have so many views?! I just got a job doing this... any tips for beginners?

  • @FolkMetalPiper It must be because of Conan O'Brians "Tokiosandblaster" joke.

  • Hi John74583, not aware of any site tat provides such info. However if u are using a 600Lbs Sandblasting pot, you should be running a 1 1/4" or 1" blast hose with a size 5 or 6 nozzle to blast. In Singapore, we blast using Copper Slag, Indonesia uses River Sand & Garnet. Some pple use Steel Grit/Shot as well....

  • pipe is blocking a street, they´ve been told, guys blow that thing away,so they do.and do it still

  • 0:35 the person far left is going so slow, I'm wondering: WTF? the guys next to you are blastin' away, and you're taking your sweet time

  • yeah ur right mate...

  • Alot of waste. I have a 6ft pot on the tongue of an Ingersoll 185. I am running a 1 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch whip and number 5 (5/16) tips and 3 and a half to 4 turns open on the pneumatic Thompson valve. When you have to clean up your mess, you try to find optimum lean running conditions.

  • hahaha.... thats funny as fuck! 4 guy's on a pipe that size? thats a joke!!! it took 3 of us 13hrs too blast a 60ft tugg boat wheelhouse an all!!! and 2.5hrs too prime it with 2 guy's!!!

  • hahaha thank god all you guys arn't working for me, 4 guys on that little pipe blasting flatout................you guy are slow as!!!!

  • what is the consumption per m2 for steel & concrete surfaces?

  • Indian Ocean Garnet Sands CO, located in Tuticorin, India produces one of the finest variety of abrasive sand in the world (ocean sand, washed and processed for different mesh sizes) - Yes, they do supply worldwide - Thanks for this wonderful video about sandblasting applications.

  • A little rich on the sand flow there

  • ive watched this again a couple of times...i see nothing good happening here....whoever is in control of this mess needs to sought things out...lol

  • yeah...all us blaster painters are the best..lol....but these blokes obviously dont know what they are doing..

  • yah...what a waste of manpower....anyway Clemco nozzles are widely used in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia & Vietnam...Except they are abit pricey. Should be a Size #6 nozzle being used. Luckily in Singapore we use Copper Slag which is so much cheaper than Garnet

  • @garytan84 Is there a SITE THAY TELL YOU THE DIFFRENT SIZE TIPS AND HOSES TO USE FOR THE DIFFRENT JOBS YOU ARE DOING? aLSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE DIFFRENT KINDS OF THINGS THAY USE LIKE THE SAND AND THE COPPER. cAN SOME ONE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS. THANKS.

  • 4 "blasters" on one vessel ! these guys real lazy , i could blast off that whole vessel in about an hour and prime it too! I wonder how much painters they were on this job ...lol..

  • A choke would not have helped him any. Just needed turned down a bit. If he needed choked, then he would of had a plug in the grit valve and would not have been getting enough abrasive. Choking the pot would of pushed the plug out and brought the material flow back to normal. This was exesive abrasive flow due to the grit valve being open too much. I hate those Clemco Nozzles though. Looked like number sixies, maybe number seven's. Production looked good though. Garnet Abrasive????

  • i think he needs to turn his material down, how old r there helmets

  • nobody thought of giveing this mans hopper a choke, see how sand sputtering?, dude needs a choke, give em some snad for fuk sake u r filming

  • then what
