  • Oh my god.... And I thought my polymer clay flowers were great...

  • does the flower break easily? I used to work with some flowers using pastillage. Pastillage makes the hardest and sturdy finished product. I have yet to try making things out of cold clay...hm

  • Beautiful :D

  • @KissMyChristin You can purchase those "thingys" at Michaels or any crafting store, in the decorative baking section :)

  • lindoo

  • can i also use polymer clay?

  • @Ankiej17

Im sure you can use polymer clay for this, but keep in mind that you wouldnt be able to bake your creation after making it with the stem and pistil, because you cant bake those. if youre only making the flower without a stem pistil, you can make it out of polymer clay easily.

  • @human596 I practice w/polymer clay all the time when I don't want the expense of gum paste or cold porcelain... if you want to add stems and such after baking just use a large sewing needle to poke holes where the stems are to go and then use a little tacky glue after baking to insert stems :)

  • What is the black two ended tool?

What tool do you use to indent the petals?

    Thank you,

    Nancy

  • @member1070 the black ended tool is a modeling tool that you can buy at Michaels... you can find a set of these tools in the cake isle, or in the polymer clay section, or at a craft store in the clay section. The tool that she is using to make the petal indentations is usually included but you could use a shish ke bob skewer or a toothpick even :)

  • Make more please!

Plus how do u add color to the cold Porcelain? Thanks

  • @stidnlol

Im pretty sure you add color with acrylic paints!
