  • can you jump it? i wouldnt be racing it but want to jump it and ride off road and throw it about, is it suitable @OVERKILL173

  • @MrDan4499 yea you can ive taken mostly small jumps but my mate jumped a 20ft table top on it so its got all you can thow at it as far as that goes it just needs more power and you will be sick of the 250 by at least 6months in go a 450

  • @OVERKILL173 I have a klx125, wont be aloud a 450, whats the best 250f thats not a rip off like ktm?

  • fuck thats a nice bike

  • @poet79ful But yea go more power like a the new wr450 thats what im looking at traiding up too if there street leagal ??

  • @poet79ful Ive changed my sprocketts to give me more low end for offroad use but even then it tops out at 123kph but i usally sit just under that at 110 and its happy. But im not happy with the power any more its still got plenty enough for off road but on road its lacking and i feel im always riding with it pined. I also raised the hight for my self as im 6'2 but you can always lower it i would say just go to your local shop and take one for a test ride and see what you think.

  • Yes I would like to do those caps to my 2009 KLX250s too!!! They look great! Thks

  • @aussietn There just plastic caps you find them in most autoparts shops there used usally for wiring and such but they come in all different sizes. i cant remember the exact size but i just used vernier calipers and did it that way.

  • @OVERKILL173 Thanks for the tip! How do you like those wide pegs? Are they worth the money? I might get them too. Thanks again.

  • @aussietn They where only cheap but yea deffinetly the skinny ones suck but it depends on what riding style you like.

  • Where did you get those little plastic caps to go over the holes where the tool kit used to be? I'd love to do that mod to mine, looks way better

  • @MrConnorJordon There just plastic caps you find them in most autoparts shops there used usally for wiring and such but they come in all different sizes. i cant remember the exact size but i just used vernier calipers and did it that way.

  • what's that little white tank on the left hand side of the seat?

  • @fladam1994 radiator fluid

  • @fladam1994 its a coolant tank and i no i hate it too but its stock and if i was going to race it later i would remove it. i think you have to do some serious ks before you need it.

  • That bike is fucking beautiful

  • @MrRozzy97 lol needs more power but im thinking about traiding up to a 450

  • Hi ! please tell me the size of the renthal handlebars ?? please

  • @80fran0dt08 RC high and sorry for the late reply

  • lol i have the exact same amount of miles on my 2012

  • @Modded25 yea this vid was years ago ive done closer to 5k now

  • Hi what is the size of that renthal handlebar??

  • Coolest modz i've ever seen on a klx250!!! good job!! what was the total costs of the modz???

  • @80fran0dt08 only like 2.5/3k i think

  • Sweet Parts, I bought 1 today and am itching to do the same + Some. Thanks for the Idea's Love the Renthal stuff. Looks Hot.

  • need to move that rear license plate... just too annoying

  • I made the horrible mistake of sitting on one of these today. I'm hooked.

  • Im totally diggin that gas cap

  • @Riversidejam thanks hell beats the plastic stocky its made buy Zeta and i got it from wheeling cycle supply in case you wanted to no.

  • Give it some gas while starting man...

  • @B1aDK Nuh klx's don't like gas they need choke too start plus it doesn't help when its -2 degrees at 6am lol

  • @OVERKILL173 Increase the size of the pilot jet, and it will solve the cold start. Mine fires up first push of the button even when it's freezing outside.

  • hey i noticed you have the tail light kit installed. I just recently bought a 2009 klx250sf. I want to get rid of the ugly ass fender on the back. My question to you is, where did you order the kit from, and do you use the stock turn signals with the kit?

  • @Theredhawk6625 Hi Mate i got my kit from wheeling cycle supply the web site there pretty good for klx stuff or there's e-bay and you can use whatever turn signals you want the kit doesn't come with any unless you pay extra and i didn't like those ones so i got mine off e-bay.

  • nice bike mate, i just got 2011 klx last week, u no were i can get a pipe for '11 model?and i seen WA plates, im from mandUrah.

    thanks

  • @riddoes Yea i should be the same as the 09,10 models as only the graphics have changed in 3 years but it would pay to confirm this with Kawasaki or reading some forums on the topic thanks for watching. Rknhm

  • Hi I got a little question for u...

Does that bike also has "foot support" for a second person?

(Is on the bike place for a second person?)

Would be very nice if u would answer that question... =)

    Have a nice day =)

    Peach Vom Gras

  • @PeachVomGras Yea it has fold out pegs for a second person and a leather hand strap over the seat that i removed.

  • how does this bike handle compared to the klx 250sf, since this model has the knobby tires?

  • @Methotic No idea mate i haven't ridden the sf but i would think the sf would be a lot smoother. Thanks for watching

  • @OVERKILL173 just a question, how hard was it to install the levers, and did you get most of that stuff from wheeling cycle supply?

    Thanks

  • PLEASE REPLY!

im thinking to buy that bike the KLX 2010 his cheapest from all the off road bikes but why is he that cheap? his weak or something?

    what was ur top speed?

and did you put modifications on the bike ?

    Thanks!

  • @DSPoductions Its a duel sport bike not a enduro bike that's why its cheaper the enduro bikes are race bikes where as this bike is just for someone wanting the enjoy the trail without the big price tag but i like it and do plan on modding the engine later for more power but at the moment is perfect for what i need my top speed is around 115kph and this is after a front and rear sprocket change all my mods are in the description. Thanks

  • How many miles can you get out of a full tank on this?

  • @rippedandpumped About 3 and a half liters to 100km.

  • @xninjazx6r Why would you buy a bike to look cool?

  • Awesome motor! When I turn 18 I'm gonna buy this one too:P

  • Thanks, the wide foot pegs work great, I Just went on a 150 mile dual sport ride in E. WA. last week. Also Wheeling cycle supply came thru fast & with the right pegs & price!!

  • @bestbarbersinsumner No worries man i have brought shit loads from that site there awesome hard to fine klx stuff anywhere else.

  • I am going to bye one like this any problems?

  • @rummiena No not so far been a great bike.

  • @OVERKILL173 Thanks it looks great

  • Thanks for your fast return on where to buy the foot pegs!

  • i need your wide foot pegs!!! where can I buy them?? Thanks

  • @bestbarbersinsumner got them from wheeling cycle supply

  • thts a kool bike

  • I like the fishing pole rack.

  • @LegereBen and what do you have? a lawn-mower?

get a real bike and shut up.

    cheers.

  • how did you raise the suspension??

    Please answer!!

  • @dumfart21 I just got 1 inch lift dog bones of eBay and dropped the fork tubes a bit its a shit load better but the steering is a lot tighter now but who cares the thing that sucks the most is the kick stand but i plan on extending it or finding an after market part to mod later. Thanks for watching

  • what kind of shift lever is that. I hate the one on my bike.

  • Nice, dude, nice.

  • How much did you spend on mods?

  • Hey, did you have to get longer clutch/brake cables for those high bars to work?

  • Can you tell me more about the custom tail shortening mod please?? It looks killer.
