@kyokushinfighter78 This synth is considered a solo instrument. (Monophonic). Only one note at a time. I'm guessing its part marketing..cost saving and Part design... less space in some musicians studios if you will..., but in reality, it doesn't make the instrument less playable, you just have to used the synth differently.
Hey, is the arp pattern at 2:20 ABCE? Can't tell if you're starting on the E or A. and are you doing ABCBAE, can't tell if it's a six note or 4 note? help me out please, trying to learn your tricks!!!
@Link0126 I believe I started the first note on the E with the right hand. then ,A,B,C. Then Next ,is the D G,A,B. Hope this helps. I'm hoping to get more structure with my videos and explain things in better detail. If you have any suggestions, let me know for future videos. Good luck and have fun Jamin'
Hi, nice vid. I have an LP Stage I but I can't use the arp or the latch function (which I have activated in the menu on OS 2.21) Could you tell me some tips to run this please? Greetings
most people hit the dislike button because they had assumed from the title that they'd see an arpeggiator function but it turns out that the arpegios are actually played and they realized that they cant do it themselves. hahahaha
Yes, I noticed the Arpeggio part was out of sync with the drums.. It was because I didn't have midi set-up to control the rhythm of the Roland Fantom drum pattern part. Thanks for pointing that out. You have good ears.
Hey, did you only update the software (download and install it) to get the arpeggiator?? Or you have to do a hardware updating... Because that was I understood in Moog website, am I wrong??
nice vid but man what a difference little delay pedal makes on a lp and honestly the other thing to mention is why the heck they didn't include an arp on the lp tribute.. would make life so much easier on stage.. good vid thou
Most definitely. This Moog will be great for Yes, Emmerson Lake and Palmer. This Moog Instrument is a Excellent Choice for Leads. Easy to program patches. Go-For-It!
i am hopefully getting one extremely cheap, just checking out some vids on what to expect, this looks (sounds) extremely cool!! thanks for demonstrating it man
No Ego Here. Just having fun. lets keep youtube fun instead of seeing who can play better, faster. I like to share my music passion with others. hope you can do the same. Thanks
Hey. Love the sounds. I'm new to all this stuff. Do moog issue these upgrades and are they free? If not where do you get the upgrades from. Also just wondering what you think of the moog voyager old school.
Sounds just like a Minimoog!

I am sorry this is a really stupid question from common person who knows nothing about synth (I play piano though)..

so is this monophonic or polyphonic? , well i'm actually new at synths so...i'll ask this way ... can you play chords?
esperasoesperas123 2 years ago
no, this is one note at a time monophonic synth. but very expressive and almost sounds like your playing more then one note a a time.
acaruso36 2 years ago
great playing and video, were you using a delay of some sorts?
theodoubleg 2 years ago
Why Yes, a delay from a Peavey Effects board thats not in camera view. Thanks
acaruso36 2 years ago
I thought the little phatty was monophonic?
Great playing.
HelixMusic 2 years ago
Oh its Monophonic. Its just the way I set-up the filters and decay settings. and keeping the notes from the keys smooth. Thats it.
acaruso36 2 years ago
It has an arpeggiator now. The chords he plays are split into individual notes.

Mate, I loved this. Your demo has helped immensely in finalising my setup. Your arpeggio run was played with nice feel too.

Moog release the updates via their website and yes, they are free
you need a MIDI to USB interface to load the updates onto the Little Phatty
