  • your chameleon's gorgeous!! oh man i want one so badly haha

  • ok can someone please help can chameleons lay eggs without mating or do they have to mate

  • They don't have to mate. Unmated females will still lay infertile eggs. Hope that helps.

  • so if u have a female no matter what it will have babies or by infertile does that mean they dont hatch

  • @BUGZnBOBZ like chickens? =o

  • @psychocrusha618 And if they do happen to lay infertile eggs they will either eat them or just let them rot away which then you need to clean it up lol.

  • LOL, he's like '...What's going on?...Why do I look like tomato sauce?

  • That is an Ambilobe. A red bodied blue barred one, very nice specimen! And you're very lucky to have obtained such a vibrant individual!!!!

  • Thanks. Yemens do still have some lovely colours, they're just not as bold.

  • is taking care of a panther chameleon similar to taking care of veiled chameleon?

  • Hi, Its a bit different - slightly harder. Look up some care sheets on google

  • wow hes beaufiful. After having my veiled for 5 years its about time i move onto something more exotic.

  • how much does one of those cost?

  • There Expensive

HAHA One Time I Wuz in Morraco on Vacation && This Guy Sold Mi 2 of Em for Like 4 of There Dollars HAHA && I Snuk 'Em Back 2 The States on The Plane HAHA

  • nice animal i wish ive got one but i dont have enough space for the terra and just got an rieppielleon brevicaudatus....^^^they so cute!

  • does red mean that he is angry or scared?

  • Red doesn't mean anything like that. That is a very common misconception. Panther chams only change colour to a limited degree (this specific cham was alwasys red and blue - sometimes he was more blue and sometimes more red). They 'fire up' when excited or when displaying to show much bolder colours than usual. Specific colours eg red or green, have no specific meaning in cham language. Hope that helps.

  • Okay.

    --thanks.

  • do they bite ? are the y aggressive ?

  • wow so colorfull O.o

  • Wha fuckin pretty xD

  • yes it did thanks

  • I thought chameleons didnt like to be held?

  • It depends on the cham in question. Some dont like it and some dont mind. Male Panther chams are often friendly and love being out of their cages. They're not 'held' as much, but allowed out to roam around the room or on you. Hope that helps,

  • Beautiful!

  • how much did he cost i want him

  • I got him for £250 with a viv, but he had a mouth infection which i did not realize.

  • beautiful cham man.

  • can someone please tell me what veiled means???? fr chameleons.

  • a veiled is a type of chameleon (Veiled Chameleon)..in this vid its a panther they have alot more colour veileds are mostly green black and yellow

  • hooded

  • amazing

  • ooo, truly beautiful

  • Beautiful chameleon! Thanks for sharing. I own a male and female veiled, and a Jackson. I really hope to get one of thees some day. Its just convincing my wife to let me spend that much money. She unlike me don't think it would be worth it. I think she is afraid we would loose it then be out all that money.

  • Comment removed

  • hey i got a veiled chameleon(male)

  • Poofyponcho, this is a panther chameleon, just because they have panther in front of it, does not mean they bred it with a panther. Its part of their name. Like an american alligator is not an alligator bred with an american.

  • Look at their feet! :)

  • you cant breed a panther and a chameleon, so I call this video fake. This is false, and is merely a lie. It is just a chameleon. How could they breed a panther and a reptile, to make this. not possible. please do your research.

  • lol your an idiot

  • lmao your kidding right? like you are seriously kidding. a panther chameleon is a type of chameleon. you should probably do your research before posting shit lmao. it would save you looking like an idiot. =).

  • Actually I won, lol. You posted actually believing someone thought that there could be a panther/chameleon hybrid. Hahah you squire look like the moron here, LOL. Suckered you in perfectly, but thats what trolls do. I won, case closed. :D Thanks.

  • well, see, i thought of that, and then im like..no way, no one is immature enough to play a joke like that..but i guess i was wrong. lol.. made me laugh even harder though. thanks =)

  • That isn't immature if it is a joke, hahaha. I won twice, thanks for the laughs :D

  • Way to cover up your retarded statement.

    You weren't trolling.

  • yeah i was and now I caught you too, hahah. Look at my videos, I have funny videos cause I love laughing. Guess what, I just laughed at you for falling for it. Hahah you got trolled biiiatch.

  • Trolls don't admit they're trolling.

You're the worst troll I've ever seen.

  • wrong thats where I become the best troll u have ever seen, hahaha. Cause I can outright laugh at you and tell u I am a troll and you still try to deny getting trolled. This is why I am king troll. You lose. LOL. next!

  • Yo wonderful reptile you have there my friend , my congrats go to you . I have a few Q , am a student and am busy with my life as it is , but i want somthing like this at my place because its really cool and funky ! How much will a full breed Cham, cost , i mean like 1 which gives very vabirant colours and is really a good breed ? And is it really hard to look after one , do i need alot of things , like i said am a Uni student and you know how unorganized student life is .

  • Hi. Do you need a license to keep these?

And how much do they cost?

These are simply amazing animals :)

  • wonderful colors

  • I want have a panther c. to!

    they are amazing animals

  • Can all sort of Chameleon chnge of colors?

  • nope

  • looks like he was humping your hand

  • wat color does red mean 4 that chameleon cuz ik that chameleons change color as body language

  • It varies between chameleon species and also in panther chameleon locales. This one in particular was always red and blue, just sometimes he went more blue and sometimes more red. The red doesn't mean that he's angry or anything which is a common misconception. They alos go darker and lighter depending on temp/mood.

  • thanks 4 tellin me and cool chameleon

  • i used to want one, and from what i remember, red is the worst colour for it to be. it means its under serious stress and anger.

  • That's completely untrue. Read the other comments. Plenty of chameleon species have red colours in their normal state as with this cham. He never didn't have red on him. Please do your reasearch before posting nonsense.

  • hmmm. maybe because i did research. and maybe that's what i found.

why would i just randomly state that? just because people think of anger when they see red does not mean that i would think that, because that's what i think you're saying...

  • You need to reasearch a bit more mate. Panther chams dont change coulour that much, they just become more bright and more dull (although some individuals do get bands and blotches ect). You say you arn't like other people & you don't assume that red means anger because humans often associate red with anger, then what other grounds are you basing your argument on because that statement is completely untrue, and that is a common mistake for people who dont know much about chams.

  • @BUGZnBOBZ don't chams normally flare up and show different than normal colors when their pissed off?

  • LOL I love his face!!!

    So sweet. Beautiful colouring.

  • Thanks :)

    Ed

  • damn how much did you pay for him with those colors he would deff bring in some change

  • He was pretty expensive.

    Ed

  • wow hes amazing we are now breeding panthers and we love em

  • mmm... maybe hes a blue bar ambilobe, congrats dude, its fckn beautiful, take care of him :)

  • Thanks. Sadly he died a little while back of a mouth infection : ( He was a fantastic animal and very freindly (at least more so than my day gecko who's very shy lol)

    Ed

  • pretty cool red, what morpho is????

  • I think hes either a form of ambilobe, or a nosy be x ambilobe morph. : )

  • nice coulers

  • Veiled or Yemen (same thing) chameleons are the cheapest, most commonly available, and are the easiest chams to look after (this is a panther cham). However these are still alot harder to keep than say a bearded dragon, crested gecko,, or leopard gecko.

  • Thanks guys.

trueMH2playa333, these lizards are certainly not a beginners pet and they need loads of care. Experience with easier reptiles helps a hell of alot aswell. They're also pretty expensive, for an adult you would easiely be paying £200+ and then your habitat will cost alot and upkeep for a cham is harder and more expensive that most reptiles.

    Ed

  • Wow. That is a beautiful chameleon

  • how much do they cost i want 1 soooo bad

  • panther chameleons in particular are anywhere from 100-800$... but there are cheaper chameleons like the veiled

  • Thats an awesome cham

  • thats awesome. i was gonna get one of those

  • Duuuuuude, your cham has some pretty dope and righteous colors!!!

I'm thinking about buying one, it's been a dream of mine to own one. Are they tough to take care of and maintain? How much was yours?

  • What a fine little fellow!

Hantuchova do you mind if he live in wash the night over??(joke) ..Well they probably need a lot time to have.. also socially so! They a just so sovereign and beautiful! How old is he/ can be?

  • I had a "lyric interpretation art project" so I drew a chameleon in a business suit and after researching how their feet looked I just became fascinated with these suckers.

  • at the time :P lol

  • They only turn that colour when they are 1. pissed off or 2. seen another chameleon/animal that spooked it or threatened its territory.

  • Thats not true. Many species of chameleons, especially panther chameleons, have extremely bold colours including reds when not fired up. Admittedly they do get bolder when fired up. This cham was always these colours. He wasn't particularly "pissed off" with me at the time.

  • ok they get those colors once they get older its not b/c its mad

  • I dunno who the breeder was.

I bought him off a guy who was giving up collecting reptiles.

    Ed

  • pretty..how much did you get for it

  • Who is his or her breeder? and where did you get him from?

  • My God that's beautiful... VERY NICE!

  • Panther chams dont usually eat any veg. Veiled/yemen is the only species that do really eat alot of veg, and they dont eat that much. Veg can only really take up a little of a chams diet so you cant feed a cham solely on veg.

  • very nice chameleon , I am planning to buy one but the problem is the pet shops in my city dont sell insects , so what if I feed him fruit and veg. , would it be ok ?

  • no maroansetra,only a crossed pardalis;)

  • dang thats some cool colors i am planning on getting a chameleon when my banded gecko dies (he is a jerk btw) and i never seen this color before. nice vid too

  • what a nice looking chameleon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • a bold vibrant beauty!

  • Nice colors! Chameleons are the coolest thing Ever!!The way the grab stuff with their little mitten-like hands..<3 =D Its illegal to have them (and any other exotic creatures) in my country though, so its really hard for me to get one=(
