It's subway staff in Shanghai watching the make-out session through security cameras and making comments like, "they're getting so hot and heavy... better go get a room", "I'm getting aroused", "I want some actions, too" etc). They were talking in Shanghai dialect. Rather innocuous remarks but kind of gross that theese voyeurs have nothing better to do at work...

Please give me a break, you kiss in public you give up your rights of privacy. Maybe the Court Systems in other countries will see it this way. If this was in the US even the guy who operated the cameras could take this couple to court because he was offended with their public display of this nature. Maybe we will be lucky and both will be caned for allowing this woman to act like this with this ugly guy.........

Maybe it's usual in the States to film people with hiden camera and put this movies on the internet, without asking people on it. But in China (and as well for all the country which are more civilisated than US - and there are a lot), it's not.
