Alright, the man made a few mistakes on what he's talking about but that's no reason to make racist comments. I fight in the military along with many people, men and women and people of different cultures and races. There's good and bad in every aspect; you can't judge people by their color/race but by their character. I've fought along some female soldiers that were much braver than some guy that thought he was a bad ass until bullets starting flying.
You are incorrect in saying that EVERY revolver is semi automatic. all double action revolvers are semi automatic. but there is also single action revolvers that require you to cock the hammer for every shot, this is not considered semi automatic because you are working the action manually.

Apparently many of you haven't watched his other videos done for expertvillage. He is very well educated in firearms, their handeling, and self defense methods. He trains in different shooting styles, stance, weapon handeling, body movement in a self defense situation. You would do well to watch his series of videos made available through "expertvillage".

Lexmark is right. all relvovers are semi automatic. that .40 is an AUTO LOADER. common mistake. the slide doesn't load the barrel it loads the chamber. a revolver has multiple chambers that have to be loaded and unloaded manually. an auto loader uses gases that occur during the combustion of the powder to move the slide back which ejects the spent casing before loading the chamber with a round from the magazine. any safety course should explain this.......

when you cock the hammer back on a single action revolver it still rotates the cylinder which in effect chambers the next round. however i see what you are saying and i will agree with you on that. i should have said all double action revolvers.
I have a Ruger P91 DC and have a problem. I used the manual to break it down to clean it. I pulled and locked the slide back, depressed the extractor key, removed slide barrel, all that stuff and put it together. I failed to perform a function check after putting it back together as i was in a hurry and it seemed simple enough. Now the slide will NOT lock back, it is like somethingthing stops it from coming back far enuff to lock it. Now I can't even break the gun back apart. Any help? Thanks.

I think that a Sig226 works OK. A revolver? My SW is 70 years old, but just a fine gun. A 22, but will hit anything.

Since he stated the autoloader holds 12 in the mag, it is not going to be the model 220. IIRC, the 220 holds a max of 8 in the mag.

This video is a good example of what is wrong with the internet. Anybody can post information, worse yet, post it under the heading of 'expert'. Statements presented here are just plain incorrect, terms are misused, other statements are broad and vague. Important points were not were over-looked or ignored. Nothing personal, but in terms of this subject, this gentleman barely qualifies as 'knowledgeable'.

Chamber can only hold 1 round. It cycles the spent cartridge and the loads a fresh round when when the slide begins the locking cycle
