@ZaZaZ3Z3Z3 straightening your legs while planing tranfers weight to the sail and off the board. By doing this, you will move more efficiantly, go faster, and plane in lower wind conditions. Sheeting in lets more wind hit the sail giving you more forward momentom. That ones kind of a no brainer. With boom hight, mounting your boom higher gives you leverage over the sail. For racing and speed, I keep my boom almost at eye level. Just some things I learned from a local freestyler and friend.
@grahamfedd Alright sounds logical ! For that im also kinda new at windsurfing. But About straightening my legs, i did that once while i was planing pretty hard at 5 a 6 beaufort with my 4.5m2. Seen the fact im a lightweight sailer with a weight of 63 Kilo's i think i experience heavy chop more than mid or heavy weight sailers do. So i always bend my legs a little to endure the chop better. If i straighten my legs it goes wrong i go in a catapult or slow down because of the control i lose.
guys what the hell is wrong with you?
