go to the casino all the way to the count room. there should be 10 cash boxes that are $400-$600 per. you can leave the area and comeback later and get another 5 grand.

lol. best way to make money is to make a new profile that has NO cheats activated at all.

activate 1 cheat (money) then go to the cheat menu and get something like a massager and put it on the a button or X if ur on ps3, crank it on full blast and hold it a tiny bit away from the controller so i mashes the button fast ( turbo mod controllers work too) then BAM! you'll have mills.
