@ascarb1 The Imperial symbols are decals. And if by mouth piece you mean the chest piece with the hoses that attach to the helmet: that is already painted and all buttons added as is.
@masterreplicasguy They have great stuff indeed. Despite all the controversy there is nothing to say but excellent things about the products and customer service. I have the SDS 1:1 life-size Stormtrooper armor and Hero helmet and it is really impressive. And the TIE bust is superb!
@RobotOnLine You can wear them of course. :) They are also 501st approved. I also have the SDS life-size Stormtrooper armor and Hero helmet and it is really great
@HerrHannibal According to StarWarsHelmets site the SDS TIE Pilot helmet is one of the most accurate - Jez says: "I was able to review one of the original screen-used Star Wars TIE helmets for this site in 2004 and I have to say that this one is almost identical. Even looking at this helmet in 2008 I still believe it is the most accurate TIE helmet ever produced."
@HerrHannibal Thank you. I know it is the prototype, but since I'm not going to go for 501st, I'll keep as it is. In fact it kind of looks better than the movie version, with the extra greeblies on the helmet and the cool buttons on the chest-box.
Do you have to paint the imerial symbols and mouth piece or do they come painted on already?

You might have to fix the top of the chestbox to get it to 501st standards. This chestbox is based on the prototype, not the screenused version.
Very nice stuff no doubt, especially the helmet.
