Maria, that looks so tasty! You're family gets quality food that's nutritious; unlike living off of fatty processed foods and take out. Hats off to you! I want to try this... don't think I've ever considered stuffing artichoke hearts.

American Bacon is very red when it cooks, here in Australia its more of a pale pink colour, im not sure if this is a good thing, lol
