Downloaded PDF version of Blacks Law Dictionary 8th Edition. Person, amongst other definitions states 'human being'. The word 'register' has no link with giving over title or ownership. Would be so inspiring if this stuff were true... pity.

@tbeaumy Try refering to the 1st edition Blacks law dictionary. The LAW is very tightly defined, in order to prevent abuses (lol), so why have an 8th edition, or even a second? If the definition changes, the LAW changes. What you seem to be suggesting is that the editor of a dictionary is now deciding what the law is! Actually, REASON decides what the LAW is (hence the jury). Every edition of Blacks will refer you back to the 1st edition (in very small print, obviously).

Sorry, I should have put the whole thing in case anyone wants to look it up for themselves. It's United States Code TITLE 26 > Subtitle F > CHAPTER 79 > § 7701 (a)(1).

What are you attempting top prove? That you are an individual and a person under the law? Both of those include every human being, from birth to death. A legal 'person' is ALSO "a trust, estate, partnership, association, company or corporation".
