Pretty sure this is a few years after 1990. 486 DX66 did not come out till 1993 and Even though the web was technically around in 1990 People did not talk of surfing the internet until at least 94/95. The system specs on the machine are most definitely not from 1990. The 486 DX2 was introduced in 1992. So this video has to date to 1992 at the EARLIST. My bet is that it's closer to 1994-1995.

In 1995 a 400 mb hd was the norm 1 gbs were out. Ram was 4 mb until doom came out then everybody had to upgrade to 8. a 486 66 was ok but would have rather have had a pentium 75.
