They are clearly full not thin. Then there identity was completely wiped out By Arabs and other invaders. Accept the truth. Egyptians Looked Ethiopian Sudanese and Somalian.

Unbelievable. The ancient Egyptians weren't big on the ethics of sharing the wealth then!
