i think you got his style down. he has real good execution of the harmonic minor scale, and his articulation and choice of chord progressions. great stuff, my favorite video of yours is climax in a solo, great progression!

Just a GM plugin "Cakewalk-TTS1" that comes with Sonar. Not really high quality one but I separate all midi drum components and mix them like in a live situation.

Fucking Symphony X Fan Right there !!!! it's obvious that it's a mixture of several of Michael Romeo's Solos... but they fit very very well together and you played them clean and cleare... i'm a guitarist myself ( and have vids on youtube playing S-X songs :) check em out ) and i appreciate to see another fan like this... this vid is 5 stars and on my favorits immediately !

What do you use to plug in to your computer for amplitube 2?

guitar, preamp and soundcard :) That's really all you need. For some soundcards you don't even need a preamp but my one is EMU 0404 and I need a little preamp to boost the signal.

For recording I use Sonar producer edition and call Amplitube 2 from there.

Your unit is already a preamp, you don't need anything else. From V-AMP into the soundcard straight.

LOL , he is sounding and playing like Romeo, just different tone, but Emir explained it :) and i think Emir don`t used whammy bar for vibrato because then it wouldn`t be that useful for players in GMC :) and in fact he used 22 frets, which i really apreciate ( i don`t have 24=\ ) Anyways this lesson rocks!

Man you play awesomeeee but I think you lost a little of the "romeo essentials", the vibrato effect with the lever doing legato an the japanese / oriental /whole tone scales, anyway it is just my opinion, I wish I could play like you do.
