The whole play was good but what I don't get was why Belle was still crying when the Beast was transforming or before that when the fog came and started "pulling" him to change him back...in the movie, she gets up...has a shocked expression and stares at him and backs away and she gapes while he transforms ... not looking the other way like Belle did here. No offence or anything I enjoyed your play but I didn't get the end. You can try looking at the clips on Youtube for the ending in the movie.

@princesstruc2005 Thanks you! Funny story: The fog machine was actually supposed to make A LOT more smoke than that. I was used to having a blinding amount of smoke arise so that the doubles could switch without being seen. When I noticed that the smoke machine was not working properly, for fear that the "transformation" would be ruined, I stood in front of him to help "cover" his change. Then, I turned to the rose (as my director wanted) so that the prince could place his hand on my shoulder.

Why dos belle turn away fom the beast after he dies and staires at the rose. If I were her I would just stay looking and him and then be very suprized when he started to trasform back in to my prince charming.

@3438956 for this particular night... for some reason, the fog machine didn't come on at the right time... that is why I stood up and kinda stood in front of him with my cloak out to try and block him. haha! I didn't really know what to do.... so I tried to help out! haha!
