Combine all that with some healthier eating habits and you're set, Reh! Also, drinking water through the day helps you feel more full throughout the day which cuts your chance of over eating. Let's have a weight loss race! Haha.

Yeah Reh everything you said was true man. What really surprised me is what you said about your own people rejecting you because of your dark skin.

I know within the black race rejection of dark skinned blacks was common and still is to some degree in the United States.

I would have never thought blacks from St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands had the same warped perception of Dark Skinned black people as if they were inferior to lighter shaded people.
