What I can say about this game: It's not for everyone.
Some people would find the battles too slow, but in reality your characters are growing a lot in each battle. Plus the fact that you absolutely must employ strategy on every fight or else you'd put yourself at risk for a gameover.
Why so? You can dodge, outrun, trap and teleport enemies away from you, so you have all the choice in the world to decide whether or not you want to fight.
Yep, already beat the game. Great Spirit was still the hardest boss in the game for me. Vision of Justice/Love weren't that hard, more or less as easy as Vision of Courage/Wisdom, since they don't really spam status attacks.
Great spirit, the bane of my existance, the worst part is that its a story boss so you have to fight him, and then i find out that he only has 28000 HP, but it seemed like 120000.
Good job. I was kinda underleveled that time and he was being annoying with one of his attacks (Mass Curse, I think?) that deals ~1500 damage to everyone and also deals Sleep. He kept spamming it, and you know how many turns you'll need to get up again. :(

There actually isn't any pot. It's just a story thing. :)

Yeah the battles kinda piss me off and i think the monster encounter system sucks.

Well actually what i meant is that i like the classic monster encounter when you just walk around and they appear out of nowhere like the FF games.

so true lol, this game is good coz it gives you a challenge, every fight you take on requires you to come up with a plan on how to beat each monster

The game practically DEMANDS that you learn Guard anyway. :O
