Hendo is a BIG MW who prefers fighting at LHW because it is easier to make weight. His walk around weight is 225lbs plus when he is not fighting MW. At MW he is about 205-210 a few weeks before fight.
Shields has been 182 for years and has stalled at 190 since move to MW.

I love Hendo, I also like Shields, he is a great WW and he is pretty good at MW. But he is only fighting MW because SF has better fighters at that weight.
Hendo is a BIG MW who prefers fighting at LHW because it is easier to make weight. His walk around weight is 225lbs plus when he is not fighting MW. At MW he is about 205-210 a few weeks before fight.
Shields has been 182 for years and has stalled at 190 since move to MW.
Asking for Hendo is another ballsy move by Jake, but Hendo is to BIG
