  • IMAGINE is the word. Im picturing me rolling,

u one gr8 baller NASH Respect passer is important -_-

  • nash and kid best white pointguards in the game

  • did anyone else notice the song in the back is all eyez on me by 2pac?

  • All eyez on me.

  • Steve Nash is really good. marcin gortat improve his stats because nash and this guys pick and roll plays are always effective. This nash can pass the ball anywhere. This is the only guy i know who can pass the ball so good without looking of shooting the basketball with one eye blind.

  • ** ATTENTION SUNS FANS ** Listen to the phx suns anthem!! Look up; ----> Samwell- Suns Rise GURANTEE YOU'LL LOVEE THE SONGG!!!!!!!

  • NBAonTNT this vid is the *, that's why I love NBA perhaps even with its issues. I'm doing this exercise course that's used by NBA players - "50-inch-vertical(dot)com" - I'm already jumping higher and dominating on the court!

  • the background music is "picture me rollin" by tupac

  • He's such a pro

  • Btw, background music was Street Dreams (i think).

  • love steve nash, he is the best ever.........

  • videos quality looks like a slide show

  • You notice with age that some players can't adjust to their physical limitations, and some can. Steve Nash never relied on lateral speed, explosiveness, or strength to run the offense and so he'll be able to keep up his style of play longer than most.

  • Yeah Steve, what you said!!

  • bitch

  • NBAonTNT I mean if I, have the ability to dunk, then anybody can, I'm only 5ft 7inches seriously! Basically be dedicated to a working jump system like the one I am following 50inch vertical[dot]com, it will expand your jump/rebounding and your speed.

  • Some Nas beats buming in the background...sick.

  • NBAonTNT Are you a baller? you have to check this out - (50 inch vertical [dot] com) - It's a specialized training plan that will help you start dunking and you don t even need to go to the gym , it's optional!

NBA Fundamentals: Steve Nash on Passing

  • NBAonTNT I am simply a 5'8 black dude and I can dunk in live games. Anybody can certainly do it, you just need to follow the right training program. I personally used the one at 50inch vertical[dot]com but any training program is good if they work that is... lol

NBA Fundamentals: Steve Nash on Passing

  • NBAonTNT nice video, reminds me of me in college - just kidding. I'm 5 8 and I can windmill dunk. I used the famous training program that real nba players use. For more info about the training program, go to - (50 inch vertical [dot] com)

NBA Fundamentals: Steve Nash on Passing

  • thanks nash this video help me alot.Aand you got some sick passin skill

  • steve needs some lessons by Teodosic

  • Who cares if Steve Nash isn't black? He's managed to school every player in the league with his playmaking. The only thing he doesn't have (which most people assume is because he isn't black) is leaping ability and lateral speed. He's not that great of a defender because his lateral movement isn't great so he can't keep up with faster guards. Plus he's old. Comparing him to CP3 is hard since CP3 is a young player and Nash is old. I still think Nash is a better PG. My fav player of all time.

  • @aznrice1989

my favorite player of all time too

  • I get tired of all the Steve Nash haters. I don't know what more he can do to prove he's a real superstar besides winning a ring. 2 MVPs? Not enough. 7 Time All-Star? Psssh. Elevating the Suns from a sub-500 team into a perennial Western Conference power between 2004 and 2007? I guess not. In the end, it doesn't matter. It's like my dad always says: if what you're doing is pissing people off and causing them to hate/dislike you, you must be doing something right.

  • he is te god of passing.

  • steve nash makes his teammates look like all stars.

  • @warrior464 lol so true. Marion, boris diaw. haha

  • actually steve nash is african. and him dunking is a no-no. he knows his job his job is to make his teamates look good. thats why his a back 2 back mvp.

  • dont forget. His stats are good. Above 50% for FG, 40% for 3PT, 90% for FT.

  • Not only the elevation... Think about how quicker he'd be! Look at Paul, he's not a fundamental monster, but he's quick, he got game and a pick&roll-based team... Mix Paul's power with Steve Nash' skill, it would be a monster!

  • If he was black, he'd be 5 times back to back mvp

  • yea seriously, if only he could dunk

  • I think he didn't (or don't) need to dunk - just look at his shooting abilities. In that case, dunking is pointless, he's got teammates to do it. His job is to make easy scoring opportunities.

  • what the fuck... so if he was black he'd be better??? Ummm... Chris Paul is the black steve nash and he hasnt won one yet even though he should have won it 2 years ago!!! (CP3 is my favorite player but i dont think he's better than nash cuz he's black i just think his ability to pace the game well makes him better!!! he is affective w/out going all out all the time!!!)

  • lmao look at his hair xD

  • My idol too. Forget about CP3 or D-Will when Nash is around.

  • My idol.

  • Ahhh, need a lot more practice to learn from him, thanks nash...

  • Probably the only player that Nash can be compared to other than the great Bob Cousy is Pistol Pete. Pistol Pete basically PERFECTED the no look and behind the back passes. I'm glad there's still a player in the league that uses those tricks of the trade. That's what makes Steve Nash a step above the rest.

  • Nash is insane, too bad they didn't make the playoffs this year.

  • If someone ever made some sort of Bionic basketball player, they need to have some Nash added to it.

  • nash = god

  • Man, that was a play...:)

But plays like that... they keep on happening. You just have to be watching out for them.

Like Eli Manning escape and pass to Tyree.

    Okay, "the play" still rules.

  • iverson in his day was far ahead steve nash

  • Depends what are we talking about. Percentages?

Because he was faaaaar behind in percentages in every categories. Points?

True he scores more, (in his best year he was like 33 on avg.) but than he was faaaar behind in assists. So... they have a different approach. Whatever, they are both my favourites.

  • who are you fooling you know it yourself

iverson in his day is a better player period

  • Okay, just for the debate:

    Iverson's best year 00-01 (MVP)

    Nash's best year 04-05 (MVP)

Iverson 00-01: points avg: 31.1, assist avg: 4.6

Nash 04-05: points avg: 15.5, assist avg: 11.5

Difference: points: +15.6 for Iverson, assists: +6.9 for Nash.

If we count assists as 2 pointers only, (forgeting about 3 pointers) than it's like Iverson's worth in 00-01 was 40.3 p/g (31.1+(2x4.6))

    And Nash's worth in 04-05 was 38.5 p/g (15.5+(2x11.5))

Thats a 1.8 diff on avg. for Iverson. FAR AHEAD? Hardly.

  • what about steals and rebounds? :D

  • Since they don't always result in points I didn't take them into consideration.

    Okay, I admit, I was lazy ... :)

Iverson is slightly better in those, (+0.5 rebound, +1.5 steal) but he spent 7.7 minutes more on the court. So.... 1:1 again:)

  • Not mentioning, that if we count, lets say every 3rd assist as a 3 pointer, not just 2, than this 1.8 point gap doesn't even exist.

I agree you if you say: Iverson was far ahead in scoring, but in that case we can say Nash was far ahead in assists.

As I already mentioned: Different approach. Different style.

One: scoring oriented, other: passing oriented.

It's like saying Picasso is better than Dalí.

Both modern, 20th century painters, true, but it doesn't mean, you can really compare them.

  • lol if u put it like that, is it even possible to quantify a player's ability?

  • To a certain amount it is.

I mean, this is what american sports are about. Isn't it?

    Counting everything.

Giving short nicknames, and finding out new categories of stats, and the combinations of the new cathegories of stats etc.

On the other hand, obviously it's impossible to describe everything with the numbers.

I mean how would you describe Ichiro's hiting style? Or Ovechkin's "fall on his back and still scoring" goal? Or Nate Robinson's block on Yao?

  • ichiro's style is inexplicable, but the other 2 are sporting anomalies. it PROBABLY wont happen again - just like "the play" will never work against stanford again even though i would LOVE to see it again

  • i do behind hte backs all day its great and acually preety easy when you fake the layup and you have that angle

  • what the fuck do you know about passing...

  • Nash=Best=even better than CP3, don't get me wrong CP3 is the man, but he will never be as good as Nash

  • it makes me laugh when i look at steve nash while listening to tupac beats in the backround

  • NASH = BEAST

  • my coach won't let me do any behind the back passes :[

it's mad gay cuz i'm fresh at throwin them

  • Do them at games, no coach likes those passes xD

  • yea i do them in games and as long as i didn't screw the pass up it's alright

  • You play point guard too :)?

  • yessir

  • im so happy ur on the sacromento kings,

  • hahaha hes not hes on the poenix suns dog.

  • FUTURE HALL O FAME

  • Steve Nash Best PG in the league then cp3

  • he's like the best passer in the NBA!when i played basketball at 7(Like i am right now)i really shoot and I'm making it.But i am working on my passing and dribbling, the only problem for me is that when I'm in the park with big hoops in the game i act too fancy and passing behind my back but that's how i get the ball, that's how someone steals the ball.So i need to work on my passing

  • lol chris paul you say dont make me laugh steve nash has set records paul will never break all nash need is a ring and he is the greatest PG of our era

  • RAJA BELL DUNK AT 119

  • tits

  • Steve Nash and that one indian guy on American Idol have one thing in common.

  • What?i don't get it. Sorry for being a douche,i don't watch American idol...

  • future HOF

  • man this is awesome

  • Being able to use both hands effectively is probably the most important thing that seperates college only players to NBA players.

  • he's one of the best pg of the nba history, and the best canadian player of all time

  • The Best PG in the league hands down

  • Chris Paul is the best PG in the league hands down.

  • AND 7

  • wtf?

  • steve nash owns... passes are what make basketball fun to watch for me.

  • Steve Nash is a crazy passer, go MVP

  • GO SUNS, GO NASH!

  • i second that!

  • I third that! :)

  • make it 4

  • number 5

  • im a kobe fan

now im going to shit in my hand and give it to you

  • LMAO!!!

  • lupit

  • thats awesome

    the assist master teaches us

    u rock steve!

  • Steve will be a great Head Coach one day.

  • I bet he will! hes filthy!

  • :56- 1:00 was a sick ass play

  • when steve first came into the NBA he was under the wing of two great point guards....Kevin johnson and Jason kid, all three where playing for the Suns back then

  • 0 0 o

  • Nash can dish out sicker passes den chris paul...

  • i agree with jaznpryde

  • nash can do cooler passes, but its debatable who has the best accuracy.

  • Nash can do better passes than CP3 and CP3 isnt as great as Nash, but can be if he still evolves and gets better w/in the years

  • i actually agree w/ u! nm wat i sayed b4

but i still like both of these players

  • everyone always love steve nash

  • omg how did he do that sick pass at 0.56...great steve...

  • Nash needs a 3rd MVP!!!

  • definately

  • he didn't really give a good effort in teaching us. i guess he doesn't wanna give us his secrets.

  • his passing gives me a semi

  • I just went from 6 to 12 if you know what I mean

  • nash should go for another MVP!!!

  • nash is da best

  • OMG look at 0:55! Behind the back, back around, and then behind the back again

  • OMG look at 0:55! Behind the back, back around, and then behind the back again. Amazing. Ah, I feel lucky to be from Phoenix! THE GREAT WHITE HOPE!

P.S: When we gel with Shaq...uh oh, watch out!

  • this dude gives short white guys hope through out the world. Nash is the best NBA player in the western confrence

  • his 6'3 so his not short above average homie im 6'2 and i aint short either

  • for the NBA 6'3 is short man.

  • not for a point guard

  • why short white guys why not just short guys?

  • The comment about the ball having backsping is so true. The same can be said when passing a ball in soccer!

  • 1:22~1:23 AWESOME

  • ur so fucked. Ur probably masturbating to a a poster of ur dad rite now.

  • i dont see no color or wtvr u jst said but

    -I CAN ONLY SEE SKILLS!

  • I can't pass with my left hand...

  • u suck

  • great vid and passer..he is very right on using the left hand as well

  • very great player !!

  • he is the best!!

  • NOT!

  • i could understand stockton he was amazing but how you put kidd b4 nash lol

  • he is really great player but i hate nash.sorry nash

  • he is a great player

  • that's deep, real deep. Insightful.

  • damn he has a deep voice.

p.s. i love it when a man talks basketball. esp. stevie :)

  • "DEFENSE!" is all I have to say, I'm a Suns fan, though I hate admitting this, but I gotta say it, they need defense and a cheap and decent center cuz when Stoudemire guards a guy taller than him, he gets into foul trouble. Once they have defense and a good center, only then will they win a championship. I will stick to my opinion until the Suns prove me wrong in this year's playoffs.

  • You know you are right I am a suns fan as well but their defense sucks I though the way the scored they did not need defense but after last season I had to change my mind

  • Nash is ahh mayyyyyyy zinggg

  • nash is my fave PG, I just love his style and how he gets everyone involved. But Im still a Pistons fan, lol( must represent my city!)

  • vote steve nash for the all star game 2008 and he may not make it to the all star game cuz hes at 4th we need more votes for nash

  • i love steve nash!!!

  • Behind-the-back passes are cool when you watch them on TV.

  • Go nash!

  • & he is fine xD

  • man steve nash is good

  • maybe so, but he's the best passer in the nba and a great scorer...

  • NBA Fundamentals- How to get MVP of the NBA back to back. And how to be a little white boy take over a game. Am i wrong?

  • funny how minorities in sports are often the best players... how diamonds are made, huh?

But he does need to win a championship to be considered a "great". Nobody remembers 2nd place, right?

  • jazz? Stock and Malone? Kidd? more to come.

  • ok maybe i should say conference championship

  • to be considered an NBA legend yes he does...Championships define NBA athletes in the truest of ways. Only if this guy could play defense would they be able to get past San Antonio. Parker is quick but Nash is too lazy to move his feet and defend him.

  • i think if he made it to the finals then he would officially be a great. if he doesnt... then he will just be remembered as an 2-time MVP. kinda like Dirk.

i say nash plays weak defense because he doesnt want to get injured. cuz he kinda is on the older side, you know?

  • excellent point but his whole career he didn't defend well and thats part of the reason him and Dirk never won a Championship in Dallas. Defense always takes home the trophy unless your offense is stellar than your defense can be average but consistent.

  • Thank Steve, you are the best.

  • jordan

  • Thanks Steve Nash

  • It's not about just points or how showy=Kobe//It's about teamwork and being a true leader=Nash (end of story)

  • Agreed nash is a big time leader

  • Kobe is just a ball hog, so far away from MVP.
