The world of Radiata Stories is pretty much fucked no matter which way you look at it: all the humans die, or Jack loses Ridley in the end and the non-humans have no place in the world; so in all, Radiata Stories is a world full of sadness and destruction.

Humanity is saved on both sides becuase Quasar was not awakened in the non-human path. In the non-human ending When Gawain takes the blow intended to kill Ridley and dies, she then gives in to her human emotions after seeing him die and expels Quasar's consciousness.

I wish there was a secret unlock of a third path where (almost)everybody stayed alive and it was a somewhat happy ending. Because the endings of the two paths both left me sad and bitter-ish... Ah well...one can dream I suppose.

@chapacoka Well, the non-human ending is the best for everyone because when you think of it : Non-human won, the world is saved, and humanity as well because Jack and Ridley can "rebuilt" it. And now, humans would be finally be able to keep the world balanced

@shadowranger123 but in the end all those individual lives were lost. So many innocents (children and all those kind people) died just because of destiny. They may rebuild humanity but they can never rebuild the countless lives cut short which is what makes me so unhappy. I'm the kind of person who lives in the here and now so that affects my perspective on things though. I would have preferred if they had a fairy tale ending here instead of the two realistic ones.

..on the non-human part, every human die, except Ridley and Jack, on the human side, Ridley dies and a lot of fairy creature(Some says all)

no they don't, Jack defeats Aphelion and returns to Radiata with Ridley, the Gold dragon dies because the ritual was interrupted and all of the dragons are slain, resulting in a new beginning for the world. I prefer the nonhuman path, Algandars Castle and the ending are much better and you get to kick Cross's butt at the end, the downside is your allies are weaker. I love fighting Elwen at Fire mountain, finally a challenge!

Ganz dies as well, because he doesn't run. He stay there, next to Gawain. Making Gawain sacrifice nothing, since he died to save Ganz who decide to wait his death next to him. If you remember, the tower collaspe, or w/e u called it.

to be honest i prefer human, but in the end both sides of the story has sad aspects to it. Lose-lose situation?

Hey Bman. I had trouble my first time also.First off, go to the dark elf village and find a girl named Romaria. Kick her until she fights you. If you beat her she will be added to your friends. If you dont have Gareth as a friend yet add him to. you just have to talk to him at the vancoor training grounds. Head to the library near olacion and buy a book that teaches you "heal ally" By doing that you can command Romaria to heal you and your party.
