the higher torque the better lunch for a good acceleration neglecting the weight

trains goes diesel coz deisel engines has a higher torque

torque is not measured by horse power

@egyptionguy the 1.6 version is 1.3 tons IM SURE, about the engine.. i dont know.. it might as well be the fsi for real

yea ur right and yes it is fsi the other video is 1.6 jetta and its not fsi

i think fsi stands for Fuel Injection System

if so then the jetta must be fsi too

its only 15 guys its starts at 8 sec and reached the 100 in 23 exactly this is not bad for a heavey car like passat

you r right egyptian it started @ 7 but reached the 100 b4 the 24 and even thu this is a very heave weight Car imagine this engine on one of the japanes cars!!!!

this car's weight is 1700KG

and the average weight for japanes cars is between 1300KG and 1500KG so its 200KG to 400KG

its not that big diffrence

anyway i still believe it would be much faster

u would understand that .. weight is not a problem AS LONG AS u have high torque
