I am in California and everyday I watch the news and wonder why don't police sell confiscated marijuana to local dispensaries instead of burning it?
Wouldn't this create a new stream of income that could potentially bring City, County, State Organizations out of debt?
There are thousands of dispensaries and millions of dollars in confiscated marijuana. You do the math!!!
