The Jetta is the best-selling European vehicle in the US, accounting for 40 per cent of Volkswagen's US sales.
It is the first automobile to meet the worlds most stringent emission control standards.
And besides gettin upwards of 50 mpg, COMBINED highway and city, it is MUCH more powerful than the Prius.

Yeah....I used to say BUY American too, but I finally caved in and bought a Prius this week. We LOVE it. No complaints about handling, power, interior at all. Smooth, easy, stylish, and our gas gauge has NOT moved yet.\!
