  • Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my father got really defined Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • Hi, I've been training my abs for 2 months now. I train using weights and my abs have popped out like one inch, but they just buldge out with little definition(no cuts). I'd prefer flat abs with defined abs. So should I lay off the weights? Thanks

  • Add some wieght to your routine. Do your situps with a 25lb plate, or even a 45 on your chest. When doing leg raises hold the wieght with your feet and lift to a45 degree angle. thanks best regards blake adams

  • spine surgery makes it ruff because each person is so different. I can tell you to explore your stretching comforts very slowly and find your current limitations. After bounderies are established you can explore with the various ab workouts. My favorite and one hat is easy is laying on your back hands under couch or table raising your legs one foot and lowering them. Cardio, like running swimming, climbing, for you the best is probaly swimming low impact on the spine. thanks blake

  • It will take you about 6 weeks. Really depends on diet and intensity. Keep that cardio up 3days a week 45 min, run, jump rope, slowly the mid rift will tighten up completely. Mostly a BMI thing. thanks best regards blake adams

  • You can workout abs everday unless there sore. If thats the case rest and go back at it the next day. thanks best regards blake

  • add some wieght, like a 10lb or a 25 lb plate to your chest when doin the situps or hold a wieght with your feet as you raise your legs. the weight will bulk up your abs. thanks, best regards blake

  • sounds like your already lean. Add wieght to your situps when doing the leg lift on table put a 10lb at your feet. On the rocky situps or regular ones try atleast 25lbs weight. Bulking up the abs will help pop them out.

  • with the right intensity you should reach your goal in 6 weeks if not sooner. try and incorporate some cardio via running or jumprope. thanks best regards blake adams

  • I would add wieght your situps, about 35 lbs. I would say 6 weeks at medium speed. If you add cardio 45 min 3 days a week run/jump rope. as soon as 3-4 weeks.thanks best regards blake adams

  • 6 weeks or less, if you apply yourself. Run or some other form of cardio and try these ab workouts with wieghts and it will add bulk to to them. Best Regard Blake Adams

  • i use the dip bars and i sit on one and lace my legs through the other. You can also do this on monkey bars. thanks Blake Adams
