Just so you know, there is no difference made if you eat it a different way... if you eat is as a star it will taste exactly the same as eating it as an "uncut" starfruit.

First you wash it.. Then you cut it up in slices so all the slices look like little stars.. Them eat it =]

If the fruit is green then it isn't ripe enough. If it is yellow in color and all the 5 points are a golden color then it's perfect!

that actually IS how you eat it.. or how i eat it anyway.. your reaction implied that it was sour? im guessing? yea it depends when they're picking whether they'll be sour or sweet, and eating it a different way wont change that. you can cut it up into little pieces like a vagina but that takes all the fun out of it.

erm well i dont really know but i think you slice the edges a bit and then slice it horizontally...you can eat the skin

we normally cut the skin off ours (since it's waxis) after we slice it

slice ur starfruit

remove the seeds

eat ur starfruit!
