I aint shaking or struggling.. I actually go below parallel all the way to the shoulder.. (which most people stop at Parallel) and go all the way up. You are just a hater.. bottom line.     Also note the terrible form, chest is pushed out way too far and he's actually engaging his chest muscles instead of isolating his shoulders. Disagree with me all you want but try lifting that weight sitting on a bench with no back support. No chance.

  • @BigSamFoSho He hasnt trained his muscles yet to enter the hypertrophy phase. This is the phase where your muscles start to get bigger. In short, when you do nothing but power lift, you wont see much size difference.

  • The metal ones go to 130 and the rubber ones go to 100.  I used the rubber ones because the bench was already right beside them.
