I can't wait to try this recipe out. Does the white miso come in the tub you spooned it out of, or did you transfer it from another package and put it into a plastic tub? I want to know what to look for when I go shopping.

Yes! The miso comes in the plastic tub - the brand is "Cold Mountain" and I get it at Gelson's. Thanks! :-)
