  • hes just trippin harrrrdddddd

  • I've been gIven LIFE. You? POP MUsic.

  • Just sitting here at work day dreaming and this fucking song pop right up in my head. Funny how that just happens! Great song. Catching tune!

  • @flOve58752O That's funny, I thought of the same shit..lol

  • If you listen to the music carefully, it sounds like the music they used for Ghostbusters.

  • @SecretariatOnSteriod Robin Scott is now operating a gay dildo shop with Fred Schneider of the B52s

  • @Bag0fRats Funny the things a guy like you thinks about when dildo shopping.

  • @BeanCecil Fred Schneider told the news you bought the first prototype double anal pink dildo and licked it straight out of his asshole.

  • @Bag0fRats Fred Schneider and Robin Scott just opened 3 more dildo stores in Georgia and plans to open them just like Starbucks all over the World.

  • @FuckaPregnantPigsAss Robin scott was hospitalized for hooking up a big V8 engine to his dildo, the Emergency room said it vibrated him so bad his teeth fell out

  • @Bag0fRats Robin Scott was working at a Spermbank in London for many years after his music career went South.

  • @FuckaPregnantPigsAss yea, but Robin scott was fired from that sperm bank for drinkin on the job.

  • @BeanCecil I heard that you recently had anal, oral and straight sex with Chaz Bono...How was it breaking his/her "cherrys"?

  • Thank you!

  • STEVE APPROVES!!!

  • yeah, i love bomberman!

  • My dad told me to look this song up. Hahaha.. Cool.

  • Lady Gaga's Take me out made me come here.

  • KILL THEM WITH FIRE!!!

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I remember when this was new! Notice that videographers still had ethics vis a vis showing who actually does the vocal rather than letting folks confuse the models for singers, ala Black Box, Milli Vanilli, etc. Nowadays that problem goes all the way up to the lead vocalist, the musician, there are even plenty of songs re-released with no credit what-so-ever to the original artist, with nothing more than some hack talking over top of the track. Early video: before it killed the radio star.

  • Heard this song on the radio while driving down the road and damnit its really catchy...

  • the nintendo nes launched in north america in 1985. so yes it was around. rad racer excite bike, duck hunt etc...

  • I Lieke

  • A classy gent

  • just love this song

  • lol schaut mich an bin ein frosch

  • Is this what my grandpa calls "heavy metal"?

  • well iv had a long look at the comments but i cant find my comment from when i created the play list on 24 Nov 2007 but no matter i might not of commented as i was new back then and this was my first playlist and the second tune on it LOL anyway good to see its still here ';-)

  • *sigh*...no lie, but my computer teacher played this song and in place sung "POP QUIZZY!!!"

    ...

happens every time i get a pop quiz from him, and he doesnt stop playing it. -__-

  • @choren64 Punch him. It is the only way to stop him.

  • Nationality?

  • @nachocheese154 British.

  • Go check out the Priscilla Queen of the Desert version! It's really good!

  • Sexiest song ever:)

  • And to think Huey Lewis was making such a big deal over ghost busters being a rip of his song, I wanna new drug, not to long after he had ripped the sound concept from Pop Musik. What a conniving turkey! But of course in each case, it's just a similar sound that influenced something newer. The melodies in each were far different and Lewis should not have gotten away with suing.

  • 1:23 i wonder wat he was doing????

  • Ils font pitié !!

  • Forget analogies, then!

Your comment bothered me coz I like pop music, and it's nearly everywhere. Many people who like music include pop music. I'm a bit of a musician (not pro) and I like some of the most sophisticated rock bands (Yes, ELP), as well as classical and jazz. I like hard and heavy rock too. BUT, I also like Madonna , Annie (Norway), Robyn (Sweden), Aqua (Denmark/Norway) and Michael Jackson. SOME, not all, write music too!

What YOU said was B.S. because it was irrelevant & wrong!

  • Anyone else thought about ghost buster's theme song ?

  • who are the women in this video

  • What's up with the unattractive chick in the blue sweater?

  • Omg this song is so awesome :D

  • Is this Tim Roth's latest endeavor?

  • Who you gonna call?

  • Thank God for this man and his video. A true pioneer of the 80s

  • Nice ode to the Fonz at 1:20!

  • LOL

  • A great eighties song

  • I find it very strange that at 1:40 he does the Madonna "vogue" routine, way ahead of his time or great minds think alike??

  • What the hell is wrong with the chick at :55? Drugs? Depression? No lay for years?

  • @kingofallwhites dude lol i see what you talking about but me she look big as fuck at 2:33 she look like she would scare the hell out of me when waking up out of my sleep

  • The bass line sounds like The Ghostbusters song.

  • @MrBfg586 You are absolutely right !! Well almost - This song pre-dates Ghostbusters by about 5 years so Ghostbusters, in actual fact, must sound like this song...

  • @BogStomperz This song was in1979, Ghostbusters was released in 1984

  • @MrBfg586 That exactly what I said. So therefore ghostbusters must sound like this and not the other way around.

  • Pop-Pop-Pop pop suzi

  • This tune paved the way for the 80's Pop / Progressive style..

It reminds me of Thomas Dolby's music..

  • @verylittleknowledge LOL that's how my 4 year old is mostly.. but I prefer it that way! She is being raised on the good stuff like I was (no 80s crap for me growing up, lol)

  • This is epic.

  • I don't know pops stuff is old but Britney Spears one more time should have been a one hit wonder. All you need is one, one puch to knock a punk out. This one was quite a hit so let pop as they say with the Brit accent it's popular these days OMG a heart attack.

  • One of my all time fav songs! I never noticed till now that at 1:49 he's vogueing! Ahaha! Now I know where Madonna got her moves! :-)

  • What the...? Looks like Men without Hats got their safety dance move from this fella ;-) 1:51. Well sorta.

  • ey ich bin erregt

  • its old!

  • BEST SONG EVER

  • Remember playing this on my brother's stereo with the strobe light flashing in the dark. Brothers were fans of Aerosmith and Black Sabbath and HATED this music.

  • WAY ahead of its time. Can't you just see the B-52s doing a cover?

  • Love it !!!! takes me back to a time when my worries were what nintendo game was I going to get from the video store. Also you don't hear any vulgarity of any sorts in the lyrics unlike today.

  • @eastender74 Don't you mean Atari? Nintendo is 90's I think. Popular games would be pac man, asteroids, frogger, space invaders.

  • ghost busters?

  • 2:23 just lol

  • I remember dancing to this song in a disco when I was about 8.

I was probably wearing courdroy trousers and a shirt with a massage collar

  • I liked this video :D

  • Super Video!

  • LOL too funny.

  • you are amazing.

  • I seldom reply to your kind comments, but today, I must say THANK YOU everyone, for believing in this kind of music that takes so much work to be done and happens only once in a life time.

    For you all, POP MUSIKKK!!!

  • Pop music in most cases has next to nothing to do with talent,

    its just stage presence

Pop music is created because of money and good connections.

    Few write their own lyrics.

Wearing strange clothing and making extreme live shows compensates that lack of actually talent.

Lyrics are always about love all over again and if they are not about love then they are about some senseless like a po po poker face.

Voice enhancements, autotune & lipsync. No own instruments at all.

  • @warzoneproduction Writing and performing are 2 different talents. Those who do both have just ONE more talent than those who do just one. Architects don't build houses and construction workers don't design houses. Should we get rid of architects and construction workers for lacking talent? NO!

Just for starters, master the one instrument you already know (your voice), and get back to me when you've found out the giant difference between singing, and singing WELL. It's a giant difference!

  • @GeorgeSmiley77 An architect who builds houses as well as designing would have more talent in my opinion. Besides. alot of people can sing good naturally. I don't see many people who can play piano naturally. I mean you can have an advantage but in fact you all have to practice. Singing comes mostly natural. What if people have 5 talents like Guitar, Drums, Bass, Keyboard, Lyric writer, Composer & Band manager, thats a shitload of talent in my opinion. always more then just singing and a dance.

  • you deserve more views man

  • subbed =)

  • dude This was an awsome tutorial,? thanks so much. Keep the videos coming.

  • i doscovered this song with de DEVO version... both are...wow!

  • fun...thanks for posting..

  • I... I... I just don't know anymore.

  • This is why the 70s and 80s were probably the best decades of american music

  • ...and I still know all the words to this after 30 years OMG

  • @arvee0515 - well, it is a 30 year-old song. Doesn't mean the song is bad or anything else by default.

  • Apparently no good looking women were available the day of the shoot.

  • like "Ghost Busters" song ))

  • Best thing is in the video, one chick hands him a record, he hands it to the other, she throws it away. Here today, gone tomorrow. Disposable. That IS what pop music is. Not this song though, for some reason. Timeless.

  • IRS? Can you say R. E. M.?

  • Great song!!!!, reminds me wonderfull classic disco time. Best wishes from North!

  • wow.... this song....

i don't know why but I like it kinda

  • A great song that playfully CONFESSES that the CIA et al run the Music industry to control and program people.

The singer is dressed as a secret agent CIA goon - and the women in the video are the 'robot people' who mindlessly sing along.

e.g. ... IRS records was started by non other than

Miles Copland III whose father was a MAJOR CIA employee. All three Copland sons (Miles III, Stewart, and Ian) obviously are HEAVY 'players (i.e. govt eilte agents) in the industry.

  • @bradalien "The singer is dressed as a secret agent CIA goon - and the women in the video are the 'robot people' who mindlessly sing along."

    No, they're just European.

  • @clintallen123 Cia en Eropa ? . Porqué no?

  • @Itsukikohaku I'm sure the CIA have been in Europe for a long time, but the guy I was replying to (bradalien) seems to think this video is about the CIA. It's not. It's about Pop Music.

  • worst "music" ever.. this isn't music.. shit

  • @ZeynTM whats good music to you...Bieber and Miley? This is legend..

  • @cobaltwill215 Bieber and Miley isn't good for me... i just don't like this music, but I respect peoples who like. I just say my opinion :)

  • @cobaltwill215 Ya.. you're right, maybe Flimstone family's legend.

  • @ZeynTM LOL! :P

  • I heard this in the supermarket today. I almost started dancing. This song never gets old :)

  • I only like this song because it reminds me of being a little kid

  • "New York, London, Paris, Munich! Everybody, talk about pop music." "Our love will take this globe by storm, if it's London, Warsaw, or New York." YT/watch?v=qIZc9FRUFo8 #FantasyMashup

  • old and good days :]

  • I heard this on the radio and I just had to hear it again. This is why I love pop music so much, it's the best!
